Please join us for our first orchestra concert of the school year! Led by Idyllwild Arts Academy Orchestra Conductor, Scott Hosfeld, the concert will open with Rossini’s familiar overture from William Tell. The orchestra will then feature 2017’s IAA Concerto Competition winner, bassoonist Axel Liden, performing the expressive and beautiful work, Ciranda Das Sete Notas, by Villa-Lobos. Concluding the program will be the Symphony No. 5 by Tchaikovsky.
