Richard Kaufman, Grammy award-winning conductor, has devoted much of his musical life to conducting and supervising music for film and television productions, as well as performing film and classical music in concert halls and on recordings. He holds the title of Pops Conductor Laureate with both the Dallas Symphony and Pacific Symphony and continues as guest conductor with orchestras throughout the US and overseas. He has recorded with the London Symphony, New Zealand Symphony, Nuremberg Symphony, Brandenburg Philharmonic Potsdam, and most recently with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. Richard often conducts programs featuring live performances of entire scores while the film is show. Hi live-to-film repertoire includes over thirty films.
